Ammo of the Texas Revolution San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site

Soldiers in the Texas Revolution did more than just fight. They were also responsible for making their own ammunition! At the Build Your Own Bullets program, learn how bullets were made and how ammunition worked during the Texas Revolution. Kids can also help us make a wax bullet to take home.
When: Saturday, May 21; 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Where: Outside the San Jacinto Monument
Age Range: Kids 6+
Cost: Free
Note: The program is outside, so prepare for the weather. Program will be cancelled in case of rain.
