Time to dust off the pollen and start enjoying the Spring season! The Lenten Fish Fry on Friday’s at the Wallis Columbus Hall has other town neighbors dropping by to enjoy the best, so get it while you can!
Reminder to Graduating BHS Seniors, there’s still time to apply for the Wallis Chamber Scholarships, check with your Counselor for application requirements.
The Wallis Chamber is hosting the WEE Hunt (Wallis Easter Egg Hunt) again this year on Palm Sunday, April 14th at the BHS Football Field. Registration 12:00-1:15 pm and Egg Hunt at 1:30 pm for Children agers 1 to 9 years old, so bring your Easter Baskets and join the Hunt with drawings for prizes and photo ops with the Easter Bunny too. Also, consider being a Sponsor of WEE Hunt with donations and sponsorship monies dedicated to this event. Contact Bernadette Parr at 281-239-5203 for details.
The Wallis American Legion Post 200 ‘100 Year Celebration of the American Legion’ on March 30th had a good turn out and did a great job honoring our Veterans. The next Public Dance is April 27th, so come out and enjoy the LIVE music and hospitality, while supporting the American Legion too.
